Charcoal black flung across a white ground over two abutted panels — five feet wide, four feet high. The lines are long and fast, whole-arm passes that cross both panels edge to edge, with the spatter thinning to nothing at the corners so the white keeps its air. One of the earliest works in the catalogue, from September 2016, and the one that set the pace for the black-on-white pieces that followed.
